    Good Morning Keshav420 !

Which EXACT model of your laptop?
According to the series you reported, the device is very old and practical without support for upgrades that will generate a considerable improvement.

Your Aspire E1-431 has an OEM socket G2 Intel B950 CPU with 2 cores, 2 threads at normal 2.1 GHz with no turbo boost and an L2 cache of 512KB and an L3 cache of 2MB and a TDP of 35W and its got an Intel HD (Sandy Bridge) graphics and can be upgraded to the following of what I would recommend:

My number 1 and my most recommended is the socket G2-Core i5-2540M which is a quick and an excellent CPU which I've used with an Aspire 5750 -2414) with 2 cores and 4 threads at normal 2.6 GHz and a turbo boost of 3.3 GHz L2 cache of 512KB and L3 cache of 3MB and a TPD of 35W and has the Intel Graphics of the HD 3000.

My number 2 which you can try at your own risk is the socket G2-Core i7-2710QE which I don't recommend and is not as quick as an i5-2540M yes you will say I'm mad but I've used both on an Aspire 5750-2414 and what I've found is that the Core i5-2540M is better more efficient and quicker on the Aspire 5750-2414 (btw bigger and so specified better is not always the best for a specific system and PC lol) you can use this CPU at your own risk anyway, its only my option, it has the 4 cores, 8 threads at normal 2.1 GHz and a turbo of 3.0 GHz, L2 cache of 1MB and an L3 cache of 6MB and a TDP of 45W and has the Intel Graphics of the HD 3000.

These two CPU's are much quicker and have better GPU's. I wouldn’t recommend going any higher than the Core i7-2710QE, as it could be incompatible with your motherboards chipset. This will improve your processing speed from socket G2 Core i5-2540M improvement of 162.6% to the socket G2 Core i7-2710QE improvement of 166.8% to your existing B950 CPU efficiency overall.

Also, your E1-431 can take a max memory of 8GB and has 2x slots (2 banks of 1) and comes with a standard mem of 2GB removable, I would recommend that you upgrade your RAM to an 8GB Kit (2 x 4GB) DDR3L-1600 SODIMM's.

Also, your HDD interface: SATA 3 - 6Gb/s can also be upgraded to an SSD of whatever you can afford size or want you want size of 3D NAND SATA 2.5 inch 7mm (with 9.5mm adapter) Internal SSD.

I would also upgrade your WiFi mini PCIe card if you haven’t got a Bluetooth to an Atheros AR5BW222 2.4/5G and BT 4.0 mini PCIe also.

These are very simple upgrades to do to your Aspire E1-431 and will make your laptop a much more efficient product to use with Win-10 and for internet browsing and some low fps games of 2011 lol. Cheers, hope this helps and good luck and keep safe always.

lol yes of course you can, it depends on you? But, you can buy these components 'second hand' that are allot cheaper, the upgrade of the CPU is only $5.00 + $5.00 postage,  an unbranded or second hand SSD 250GB for about US $25 the RAM (8GB 2x4GB kit) can cost you about US $35 of less which is a total of max US $70.00 which is not too bad for and in comparison and virtually the same laptop at US $500+++, its up to you?
