Hi im having issues with the key board stopped working, i cant turn it on, so i removed the screws and tried removing cover, i can not get it all the way off, when i touched the power switch it came back on, everything worked fine, when i put the screws back in the issues return, some keys don't work including the power switch,i repeated the process, this time leaving screws out, the issue returned after snapping the cover back on, if i tap on the key board or around it, it will partially work, any ideas? also a step by step video would help in removing the back

Check to make sure there isn't anything under the keyboard area that would be pushing up on it. A swollen battery, for instance, can act like that.
