    I'm in the same position.

I have Acer Aspire One D255.

Was shipped with Windows 7 and Android.

Is that the information needed? Can I download an ISO for it?

Really only interested in the Android part of it.

    Simon.

If I remember correctly...press the alt and F10 key at the initial boot up of the netbook...this will give you the option to reset to factory settings...this is the option when there have been no hardware changes etc.

I recently needed to reset on and Acer D255E but because it has had the ram upped to 2gb it would not recognise the reset...I used a Hirens Boot disc program to "boot from hard drive" which worked perfectly,re-installing windows and android.
