Today I installed Manjaro Linux as second OS. Before install I enabled AHCI SATA Mode for installing, but after install i can't load Windows 10 as first OS. I need to change SATA mode to RST Premium or RST Premium with Optane, but when I load UEFI (BIOS) it shows black screen with white cursor, but F12 menu works normal. How can I load UEFI for change SATA mode?

Try this and let me know if Win runs in AHCI mode and if the BOIS screen is visible
    1. Click the Start Button and type cmd
    2. Right-click the result and select Run as administrator
    3. Type this command and press ENTER: bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal (ALT: bcdedit /set safeboot minimal)
    4. Restart the computer and enter BIOS Setup
    5. Change the SATA Operation mode to AHCI from either IDE, RAID or RST with optane. Only if no option in BIOS present - Go to BIOS screen, move to Main tab, press Ctrl+S buttons together, press F10 to save and exit, AHCI option should be available in Main tab.
    6. Save changes and exit Setup and Windows will automatically boot to Safe Mode.
    7. Right-click the Windows Start Menu once more. Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
    8. Type this command and press ENTER: bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot (ALT: bcdedit /deletevalue safeboot)
    9. Reboot once more and Windows will automatically start in AHCI Mode
Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.

Grub gives an option to load BIOS => last entry (System Settings) if that doesn`t help check below.
Reset the battery might help to load BIOS at least:
Press and hold the power button for 15 sec. unplug the charger and wait for 15-20 mins., plug the charger, power on and try to enter the BIOS
Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.

Ok,  access EFI from terminal and delete the grubx64.efi file, the BIOS will work again.

Next time when you try to install Manjaro make sure that Secure Boot and Fast Boot are completely disabled.
