What is the internal HDD's warranty?

I have been using my Predator Helios 300 since 1 year and 5 months. 2 weeks ago my laptop started showing some hdd errors. I tried to get some backup using recovery softwares but I couldn't get much of it. I tried repairing my hhd using chkdsk and other apps but they wont work. I also tried formatting it using many ways (both in FAT and NTFS). And the in between my windows got corrupted too, I had to reinstall it (yeah, I lost the first time look like I got in the box). My SSD is working and I guess my HDD is dead, how do I proceed further? Is my HDD still in warranty?

Did you check the hard drive with crystaldiskinfo?

I installed CrystalDiskInfo and checked the status. My SSD is in "Good" state but HDD is in "Bad" state. I guess it confirms that my HDD is dead. Now coming to warranty how do I resume? I guess companies provide atleast 2 years warranty.
