Hi, I have an Acer R11 and after about 20 minutes or so, the touchscreen stops working. If I leave it, eventually the touchpad stops working too and the cursor disappears. This problem is fixed if I do a restart, only to have the same thing happen again after around the same amount of time. I have tried a hard reset and a Powerwash but nothing seems to work. I really don't want to have to reset my device back to factory settings as it means saving everything to the cloud or my drive and anyway, there's no guarantee that this will work. Can anybody help PLEASE???

Try toggling the touchscreen back on by pressing search+shift+t. Try the same for the touchpad by pressing search+shift+p. Jack E/NJ
