I want to upgrade my ram but I don’t know if my motherboard supports 3200 MHz ram speed?

Actually there are two families of G3-710s, the sixth gen family SteveGen shows and a seventh gen version. They both max their memory out at 2400MHz and 64GB. When you overclock you can run memory faster than the spec, so, for instance, run the 2400 at 2500 instead. Putting faster memory in shouldn't make any difference, except to your pocketbook.
Yes hello, I have intalled my new Corsair ram  which states it runs at 3200 MHz, however, it’s running at 2133, I can’t change as well because there is no Xmas or memory tab in my bios, can you help?

So the bios is locked then, you have to look for some overclocking software. As I am not an overclockong expert I will let someone else to guide you thru

The 3200 memory is capable of running at 3200, but it will only run at the speed the chipset supports. That is why we have been telling others on this thread to not waste the extra cost by buying more expensive memory that won't run any faster.
