Just click on the Exit tab and choose to exit without saving settings if you don't want to change anything. Jack E/NJ

The problem is that it goes back to the same place and before it appeared the "automatic repair" and with a "error occurred".

    >>> it appeared the "automatic repair" and with a "error occurred". >>>

Você não mencionou isso !!!!! Isso aconteceu de repente sem motivo aparente? Ou você estava tentando atualizar ou atualizar algo? Jack E/NJ

You didn't mention this!!!!! Did this happen suddenly for no apparent reason? Or were you trying to update or upgrade something? Jack E/NJ

Desligue a máquina. Pressione e segure ALT + F10. Jack E/NJ

Try this. Turn off machine. Press & hold ALT+F10. Then turn machine on. A recovery screen should appear as in the video below. You can try the first option to refresh your machine while trying to save your personal files.   Jack E/NJ

ALT+F10 doesn't work and keeps saying default boot device missing or boot failed, after trying the Alt+F10

OK. Enable the 'F12  Boot menu'. Then press F10 to save settings and exit. After the blue screen no bootable device comes up again, press and hold the power button to shut the machine off again.

Then try the ALT+F10 cold boot again. Press and hold ALT+F10 and then press the power button. If the no bootable device blue screen comes up again, then go to this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery . Click on the Win10 recovery. Then follow directions to create a bootable Win10 recovery USB drive.

After your done, insert the USB drive into a USB2 port. Then press and hold the F12 key and turn the machine on. A boot menu should appear with the USB listed. Click on the USB drive to boot from it. A Win10 installation/recovery screen should appear. At that point, report back here and we'll try to repair the HDD from the advanced troubleshooting section on the USB drive.

I'm confused. If this machine can't boot, what machine are you using right now to send these messages to the ACER community? Jack E/NJ
