Okay after I restart it shows this

enable again, now rename USB boot to HD WebCam

dont forgot to restart system after editing

I did that and after restarting the laptop the camera doesn't work but USB Boot is changed to HD Webcam.

Right click on HD WebCam then uninstall.
Which version of Window are you running?

Okay. I just did that and it went back to USB Boot.

@GAMING6698 Hi, I contacted Microsoft and they said it is a hardware issue as the camera shows USB Boot and there is no imaging devices. Also, they said that it could be because the camera driver is missing. I was hoping you could help me with this.

@pavan12 this is not recommended but there is no chance so,
Try to run driverpack solution it will install
Webcam driver.
http://dl.drp.su/17-online/DriverPack-17-Online.exe

It will also install 3-4software automatically you can uninstall after updating Driver
