Just a couple of days ago, when I was playing a game, the game started to shows some random texture glitch and flicking. After some time I was playing, the game crashes with the error in the picture.
After some time, I thought this was either a drivers issue or Windows issue cause it mostly happen with new Windows update. So, I try to track down the issue by first re-installing Windows. Then reinstall nvidia drivers. However, the problem keep persistent. Then I try to launch my other games because I thought this is an issue from the game itself because I've only played it a few times only. When I launched other game, weird glitch and texture flickering around started to happen.

i've read about it in http://www.playtool.com/pages/troubleshooting/intro.html about VRAM failing, it the symptom was mostly the same with what I experienced. So, it come to my mind that my GTX 1060 was having a VRAM issue.

I've also ran some other test from an apps called GPUMemTest to see whether it really is a VRAM issue. As I thought, it was. When I try the same test with iGPU no issue where found. Heck, even playing the game with iGPU no issue were found same as running on GTX 1060. So this have to be a problem relating with the chips on the VRAM.

What is your thought ? Would it still be covered under the warranty ?
