I purchased a brand new Swift 3 back in December 2019. Today I went to pick up the laptop and it was extremely hot underneath it. Last time I was on the computer was a couple hours prior. I unplugged it and left it alone for about an hour and it's still hot underneath and it will not turn on anymore. Any ideas?

First try forcing it off by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds or so. It may have a crashed program that's blocking sleep mode and using processor or graphics resources to keep it hot.

    Billsey,

Thank you. I will try that and hopefully that was it. I do not want to go through having to get it fixed if its more than that. If it was a crashed program and I get the computer back on. Do you think it will good?

It depends on what the actual cause was. There may be a program or driver that does not like sleep mode and you could easily see this same thing happen again and again until you figure out what causes it and remove the offending software.

    Jeeva 7747,
I went online to the site on the video put my serial number in and the only 1.07 update I see is below. Should I use this one. The name is different that what is on the video.

Click "all" instead of latest if you haven't already, than it may be there. A possibility is that the laptop in the video is a different model.

The BIOS you have given as a reference could be your BIOS but, what e.g. Swift 3 SF3 or SF5 or SF7 do you have? Its very hard to advise you if you dont give your exsact model number e.g "Swift 3 SF314-51-731X" etc.

Take Note: the BIOS in the Acer site should be looked up to the exsact model number that you have otherwise and be warned "Upgrading your system BIOS incorrectly could harm your Acer product. Please proceed with caution" as it will brick your laptop or could cause unrepairable damage to the BIOS and should not be attempted by a novie.
