Hi, more info please which model do you have? How many hdd/ssd  are installed? This error code is common either for cable connection problem or boot entry (BCD) issue.

The hdd and win boot manager are there, even the hdd model is displayed. So you have to fix the BCD issue, do you have any installation media(USB stick)?

Press F8 and use the Startup Setting and then Repair feature:
    1. Press any key when prompted.
    2. Next, choose the keyboard options and language.
    3. After that, click on the ‘repair your computer’ option.
    4. From here, the Startup Repair tool will scan your computer, and then ask you to select what to install from the list.
    5. Wait for the ‘system recovery options’ window to appear, then choose the Startup Repair option to start the repair process.

If the above doesn't work then follow the other 3 steps from here: https://softwaretested.com/windows/what-is-the-error-code-0xc000000f-and-how-do-you-fix-it/ good luck
