Good day!

I have a predator 17 (G5-793) and since i bought this laptop (wayback 2017 college days), i experience lagging and freezing while using adobe editing softwares and when i play DOTA 2 or PUBG on lowest settings i get around 30-50 fps only. I never update anything just the nvidia gaming drivers and windows updates. As of now, even while browsing on my emails and on web, i constantly get lags and freezing. Is this anything i miss out to make my laptop much faster and reliable since i get to work from home right now because of the corona virus. Thanks!

I recently try to benchmark my laptop and here's the results:

UserBenchmarks: Game 24%, Desk 23%, Work 29%
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ - 16.3%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 (Mobile) - 45.8%
SSD: Liteon CV1-8B256 256GB - 44.5%
HDD: HGST Travelstar 7K1000 2.5" 1TB - 61.8%
RAM: Kingston ACR24D4S7S8MB-8 2x8GB - 51.7%
MBD: Acer Predator G5-793

I get very poor performance in the benchmark.

Can someone pls help me!!!

@Arvinteezy271)Set high performance plan from predatorsense
    2)always play while plug in
    important-
Update your graphic driver you have to install nvidia software for that, driver in acer site are just base driver.

    GET GAME READY DRIVER

For each major game release, NVIDIA works closely with developers to boost performance, fix bugs, and improve your gaming experience. Technologies like NVIDIA GameWorks™ give you the tools to optimize gameplay and bring you these improvements through a Game Ready driver update. GeForce Experience automatically notifies you when these drivers are available and, with a single click, lets you update to the latest driver—without leaving your desktop.

First time Download software from nvidia site, go through my link then select you graphic card details and download game ready driver

    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

After installation open nvidia software go 3d settings and add you game .exe file and set plan high performance nvidia processor then you can open you game
