Turn machine completely off again by pressing and holding the power button. Press & hold F2 key, then press the power button. The BIOS menu should appear again. Does the HDD still show up in the BIOS INFORMATION tab? Please show phone photo. Also please show phone photo of both MAIN & BOOT tabs. Jack E/NJ

OK. I've seen enough. First, you can't install Win7 on this HDD without losing all the Win10 information and system that's already on it. The HDD must be completely wiped clean, repartitioned and reformatted to install Win7. Additionally, the BIOS must be change from UEFI to Legacy BIOS mode. Furthermore, it is highly likely that if you install Win7 some hardware devices may not run properly or run at all in Win7.

We can try to repair Win10 instead. It is your decision to make whether to do this or switch to Win7.

OK. Let's try this first. Turn laptop completely off. The press and hold the ALT+F10 keys. Then while still holding these two keys, press the power button to turn the machine back on. If you get a recovery screen, try the first option to refresh the machine while keeping your files intact. Report back with results. Jack E/NJ

Enter the BIOS menu again. BOOT tab. Change the boot order as follows. Then try ALT+F10 again. Jack E/NJ
