Ram speed running far too slow

I have an Acer aspire a315-22 and my ram speed is running at around 900 Mhz, which is less then half the advertised speed anyone know how to solve this problem couldn't find solution in bios

    Sorry no. The speed is limited by the mainboard bus link between the RAM & CPU, which in your case is 933MHz in the specsheets. The DDR effectively doubles that rate to 1866MHz. You can use higher frequency DDR4 RAM up to about 3200MHz but it will automatically downshift to the double date rate 1866MHz to accomodate the maximum bus rate 933MHz. Jack E/NJ

    This is correct. It should read 933MHz for double data rate (DDR4) RAM advertised as 1866MHz. This is what it should be. Jack E/NJ
