My Acer Nitro 5 An515-43 mic input isn't working.

My Acer Nitro 5 An515-43 mic input isn't working. If we plug in a headset it doesn't recognise it but the audio will play through the headset but the mic doesn't appear to be working. I tried to fix it by uninstalling driver and updating but the issue still persist. No sign of connection of headset in the control panel sound setting also. When I tried to open realtek audio console it doesn't opens up and the a prompt showing can not connect to RPC service. I tried whether it is running or not but the RPC service is running their. Is anybody know how to fix.

Bro it's not understandable I don't know Portugese. The screenshots in the thread are full of Portugese. Could you please help me out.

You mean I should disable all and hide all services and hit apply

I have the same issue. My external mic isn't showing up in the Sounds/Recording tab. How can I solve this issue?

It`s a 100% driver issue and I haven`t solved it yet because Windows it`s not a priority for me, but I can tell you there is no known headset with mic that is not working on my Linux install and I can choose even which mic to use the integrated one or the one in the headset. You can play with a different versions of the driver until you find one that works...
