Does anyone know how to fix this?

I own a acer e15 573 and I think its dead becus it blue screens when I install windows 10 and the history about this laptop: at first it had a 500 gb hard drive and 16 gb of ram and then it got downgraded to a 240 gb ssd and a 4gb ram stick now it has a 500 gb hdd and 2 sticks of ram one is 4 gb and the second one is 8 gb

    Forgot to add the original os on there well it was windows 10

    This won't work!!!!! You must install Win10 from a USB installation drive using Microsoft's USB media creation tool. Go to this link, click on Win10 and follow directions to create an official Win10 USB installation drive. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery  Jack E/NJ

    Sorry. I had to check if you used the official Microsoft tool. Some folks don't. Since you don't have the original drive, I can only suggest that you use diskpart to clean up and GPT partition the SSD, put the original RAM modules back in,  and try to install it again. Jack E/NJ
