Why is Acer support so **bleep**

about a year ago i done an update on my tablet and ever since that update my tablet has been running verry **bleep** i phoned acer all they do help you reset the bloody thing no use the update has *** my tablet acer support was supposed to call me back. they never did numerous times i called and no returne call

    What was edited, was personally identifiable information that would not tell you anything about the solution.  The other user would have to come back and post about how it was resolved.
