Helios 300 Is it okay to downclock/underclock during Plugged-In state?

I have a Helios 300 2019 with an i7-9750H which always runs hot (75-90°C)whenever  I play games when it's plugged-in. I tried undervolting it to -0.150mV and it runs stable with also limiting the cpu clock speed to 3700MHz. Turns out really great, I still have great performance in games without the temperature ever touching 90°C again. But I'm not really sure if underclocking the cpu during Plugged-In state is safe?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. : I've readed that undervolting is perfectly safe in stable condition though, only the underclocking.

Yup thats right underclocking and undervolting is safe but may couse some unstableness in some games i tried to go as far as -0.170 on my helios but it crashed after 10 min or so on Battlefield 1
So I'm now stable at -0.160 but im considering to thermal paste mine and i think you should too
i ordered a thermal paste and waiting for it.
And this is my thermals on Battlefield 1

As far as I know, if you open the laptop fan to apply a thermal paste you could void your warranty.
