    Hi,

What processor are you working with?

If you have no image on the monitor, it is not compatible, are you mixing it with another chip?..run this scanner on this reference there is confusing informationย https://www.crucial.es/content/dam/crucial/support/scan/downloads/CrucialESScan.exe

Turn the laptop completely off by pressing and holding the power button for about 5 seconds. Then press and hold the F2 key. While still pressing and holding the F2 key, press the power button to turn the laptop on. Does the screenย  now show the BIOS menu? Jack E/NJ

That is because you bought the incorrect RAM. Your system has 4gb on board memory and one expansion slot for up to another 8gb making a total of 12gb 1866 /2133 Mhz DDR4 maximum. I know Crucial say it is compatible but Acer specs say it isn't
You bought 2666 Mhz but your system only supports 1866/2133 Mhz DDR4. The RAM specifications below are from the Tech Service Guide for your model

Thanks for answering, now I have a problem getting the right type of ram ... Any suggestions in this regard?

You have to see the soldered chip, how it works, to see where the compatibility problem is.

Theoretically, should the computer have supported crucial RAM memory? In your experience, what brand of ram do you recommend to avoid this type of error?

Friend, the problem is not the chip you put, the crucial thing must be compatible, since it has a very good compatibility, you must look at which chip is soldered to the board, to see which one is correct.
