Swift SF113 Microphone doesn't work

Hello everyone, my microphone fails to record anything. I have a Swift SF-113 running on Windows 10. I have checked the privacy settings, tried to use an external microphone and re-installed the driver several times but none of this helps. What should I do?

    Check your privacy settings to verify the mic isn't being blocked. Then check sound settings to make sure the right mic is selected. There is also a troubleshooter that might help.

    Thank you! I have changed the sound settings. Although my internal microphone still doesn't work, my external now does!
