Uninstall and your both graphic driver Intel and nvidia use DDU.

And install new nvidia driver from my link select you graphic card and download game ready driver.(audio driver pack with display driver and installing software update your drivers)

ummm Stereo sound from speakers has nothing to do with your Nvidia GPU drivers. Sound is controlled by Sound drivers not GPU drivers.
Why would you want your speakers to be anything other than stereo, stereo is the default. If you are looking for sound effects such as True Harmony etc.. you will find them in the secondary sound enhancing program such as Dolby

Please click YES if I answered your question

    Hey thanks for replying.
I found a program called Dolby Audio but it's just so bad! I even wanted to remove it but somehow it did not let me.

I removed them, ( Realtek driver ) And it installed the normal, WIndows drivers for sound. But it just does not pic up my microphone. Using a Razer headset.
