Bad userbenchmark results compared to other helios 300 laptops with the same specs PH315-52

So i've been feeling that my Laptop hasn't been performing the best it can perform because of games dropping frames below benchmarks i've seen online and I'm wondering if I was doing anything wrong. I set my settings in Nvidia control panel to prefer maximum performance. Set my power plan to maximum and despite everything, I'm getting lower results than other people using the same computer. Userbenchmarks even told me my cpu was being throttled at 84%.
My results:

Other users results:
- https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/25932845
Has anyone with the 1660ti done a benchmark from this site? Is there something I can do to get the absolute best performance because it's driving me crazy with everything I've been trying to do.

Good Morning BinBagel !
First question is that benchmark tests are just that ... TESTS.
Synthetic tests do not take into account aspects of drivers, system configurations, among others.
They just read the current clocks at the given moment and enter a value.
So one should not take into account the final consideration to evaluate performance.
For correct performance:
1- all drivers and Windows must be properly updated
2- the device must be set to use the Windows high performance power plan
3- the battery must be charged to 100% before playing
4- the battery must be set to advanced power options for maximum performance
5- game applications must be set on the dedicated GPU Panel (Nvidia) to be the main
6- the device must be connected directly to an exclusive power outlet, properly grounded without any adapter
7- batterybooster must be deactivated

Im still concerned at the fact that my cpu is being throttled at 85% of what it's capable of performing when I have my max set at 100% in power settings. Is there still something I can do for that? My temps run pretty cool and I undervolted my system even more to keep temps low.0

@BinBagel i didn't see any problem in userbenchmark do these settings and run test again --set high performance in predatorsense both AC AND BATTERY THEN CLOSE-After setting up from predatorsense right click on battery option in taskbar and go to power option-then go to change plan setting (right side of the high performance plan)-Then go to change advance power settings-Then find and expand Switchable Dynamic Graphics then expand Global Settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY-then find amd/nvidia graphics power settings then expand Amd/Nvidia then powerplay settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY-set maximum performance if you have this option available
In my case i have amd in your case search for nvidia

i have a helios 300 so i don't have rly any settings outside of fan and over locking controls. I noticed that if i set throttlestop preset from here for i7 9750h to benchmark, i get marginally better results. But my concern has to do with the purpose of having a setting like that.0

there's no option for that in predatorsense0

@BinBagel skip 1st and 2nd step you can set you laptop power plan to high performance by right on battery icon and go power option then set high performance plan then go to change plan settings.if already high performance plan is set then directly go to change plan settings
