CHARGING/CHARGING BRICK

Hi, My Nitro 5 just stopped charging, I purchased this brand new last December 2019. and have been using it since then. It suddenly stopped charging and my battery drained eventually. I tried to check for the possible issue, and it seems that the Charging Adaptor is at fault. I used a lower ampere output to charge it while shut down temporarily. Any help with this?

My stock charging brick doesnt charge even if the unit is shutdown. i tried using different cables using the same adapter and still doesnt charge. However, when using an old (19v/2.37a) adapter from an old acer laptop, its charging only when the unit is shutdown.(probably due to low amperage)0 -
also, when using the stock charging brick, the notification led doesnt light up0

Yep sounds like the charger. Go to Device manager and uninstall both items from Battery then reboot
