I was given tan Aspire 5 December 24th. It already has been sent to your shop. You didn't fix it.

The issue was an explosion in the power cable.

    I had an explosion on my desk, had my computer to be sent to your company for repairs and the cable still flickers on and off.

    And yes, this was given to me brand new from family that day from a legitiment store.
