I am facing the same problem right now @Kiantore. May I please know how you got your problem solved?
PS: I can't give it for repair to Acer as it is out of warranty period.

I had the same problem and I fixed it. Sorta. When you remove the RAM cover, there's this switch which kills the battery as it becomes unpressed. Tested this while keeping pressure on it and my laptop stopped dying randomly. I tighten the back cover twice a week roughly, probably cuz I made a mistake while opening it to repaste my CPU and GPU. Lemme know if this helps. This is the solution for my problem. Thank you so much and for those of you guys who tried all the methods above and still couldn't fix it, then this might be the solution. Just tighten the ram cover screw more.

And if you feel that even tightening it more it's not pressing it properly just add something to the cover on top of what's there already just to make sure it's properly pressed and could someone please accept the answer as solved so everyone else with the same issue can be able to find it highlighted and quickly :)

My acer predator Helios 300 (1660ti)
Suddenly stops working. Screen is awake but turns black and cursor is only visible and that cursor is not movable. I try to open task manager but it also doesn't open.
Then I have to forcefully power it off and then again start it.
