Have not received shipping label for product under warranty?

My Acer Spin 5 which I purchased only 4 months ago doesnt yurn on anymore. I requested a shipping label to send into their repair station but have not received it yet and keep being told it takes one business day even though I have no waited 3 days for it. I need to send this in ASAP because without a laptop school is almost impossible. What can I do?

    Hi @dferrei7,
    The only option is contacting acer and asking them for immediate label. You can also send a private msg with acer-manny.

    Hi @dferrei7 , I am stuck at the same step here, can you please let me know how long it took you to get the label? And how you were able to get it? Customer support is very hard to reach and have really long wait times
