Android Laptops should be a thing.

Please make a decent Android Laptop. Right now the only TWO options are Samsung's Tab series (too nice and pricey) and ridiculous RCA Android laptops from Walmart (way too crappy!) Yes, I know that Chromebooks run android Apps too, but it's a wonky mish-mash and there is emulation involved!

Can run a full Linux on almost any laptop. Android is a subset of linux (as is chrome). I like Kali myself.

Yes, I'm aware, but I mean an elegant ARM-based solution like the Galaxy Tab S6, just not so "deluxe". There are several awful $150 Android Laptops, and there are the $500+ ones only Samsung makes. I think Acer could make a nice alternative for $250-$300. I can't understand why no one has filled this niche. There are many older citizens who would greatly appreciate a bespoke keyboard and track-pad to go along with their mostly-tablet experience. Not everyone is into Apple's solutions, and there is a learning curve to all Chromebooks (duplicate Apps and App stores) that is not present with Android, as it is ubiquitous now. The Chinese do have a few offerings, like the Teclast M16, but again, who in the US would want to give their, let's say, parent a Chinese laptop computer with effectively no warranty?

Some time ago I was able to use a BT keyboard and mouse to control my Samsung S7 Edge or Samsung G7 cell phones with a 32" display. No big but other than the LTE capability (have a 90 MBS pipe at home) really are kinda dumb. Have also used same with both mirroring and Android Auto (kinda brane ded) in car.
Can make almost anything with USB capability and a CPU into a home office (have had one since the '80s, started using docking stations a generation ago (Dell had first) since a pair of 15" monitors made good room heaters. Now I can browse on my 75" TV.
IMNSHO Android phones are easier for home office than iPhones since most have an SD card slot.
Most of my smarter devices use a subset of BusyBox Linux, dumber ones use Android. Since hearing impaired (deef as a post but world is very peaceful) I rely on a $25 BT wristwatch to noticy if a call or text comes in (can read texts on watch - has a 1.5" display which is easier to read).
Have a couple of chromebooks including a 15" with touchscream and only annoying part is must have a google account (can bypass in Windoze). Also work fine with a dock.
BTW have a couple of B1 Acer Android tabs but even B3 does not seem to be available any more -  Acer refurbished has but just 16gb version. If there is interest I'll see about getting one in. 10" Fire tab is available with 32 or 64 gb

Knew something was bothering me: Android by itself does not support dual monitors do is not suitable for intense use. For casual use there used to be many 10" or larger tablets that just needed a keyboard (were key board cases available, mouse, and displaylink monitor connection to do quite a bit.
That said need to ask again, why Android, are cheap/free alternatives that are much more powerful ?

ps about five year ago Acer had their own Android/Linux laptops, a whole series of them (model names ending in L) and much less expensive than Windows. Sales were terrible.
