Is it possible to restore my laptop to the acer factory settings?

Hello, I have an issue right now. A few weeks ago I had to factory reset my Acer Nitro 5 using a flash drive with windows 10, because I was having trouble with the option that comes with windows 10.
After doing the reset, I noticed that it lacked the acer-related software and drivers along with many other features that came with my laptop originally and that it also lost the possibility to choose a region for my computer.
This is becoming an issue for me because I can't seem to access the Microsoft store which I had access to before the reset. I used Microsoft Powershell in admin mode to change region but that doesn't work. and every time I turn off and on my computer those changes go away and I need to input them again.
So... going straight to the point... I wanted to know if it is possible to reset my computer the way it was before? maybe the issue was caused by the flash drive or maybe not so.. any tips you guys can give me?

    Good evening Nespriot !

    In that case ... no.
You should have reinstalled the OEM system instead of formatting.
    This lost the recovery partition.
To recover it, just send the equipment and pay for Acer to reinstall.
You should have previously backed up the recovery partition.
What you can do is download an official Microsoft ISo, reinstall with the Windows activation key in Bios and then access the support page and download all Acer drivers and applications.

Well, I couldn't reinstall the OEM system before. I was having issues with the factory reset option that comes with windows 10. and I was forced to use the flash drive.
    but that's alright.
Do you know if Acer Care Center can help me recover some Acer functions? like the indicator that shows on screen when you press capslock or numlock?

In that case it would be Acer Quick Access which can be obtained on the support page of your model at Acer.
