My iconic one 10 keeps closing my apps within minutes of opening.

I've hard reset the tablet,I've only downloaded one game since and still closing to home screen.any advice on what to do please

    Do you get any error message, when the application closes in your tablet? If so.. please share it. Also please let me know, does this happen even when you have charger connected to tablet.

    Hi.No advance warning,i can be half way thro something and it just shuts down to home screen....
    The tablet info i got is...acer iconia one 10,model B3-A30,android version 6.0,kernel version 3.18.22..sorry not sure what all tgat means(not very techincal)

    That should be most of the info we need to help pin it down. Which game is it? They might not be fully supporting Android 6 anymore.

    Good morning, ive only ever downloaded..infinity slots,gardenescapes, and farmville games (country escape,tropic escape).thankyou for trying to help

    Those are all popular enough games that I would expect them to still work with Android 6. Try reaching out to them to see if they have any incompatibilities with the older OSes or with tablets.

    ,reached out to zynga response was use a different devise,Acer asked me to pay to send tablet in to be looked at.ive tried everything I can with no avail.thankyou for taking the time to try and help.i guess this tablet just don't like games.lol

    Hi Donnalou:
     kindly follow these steps:
    1.If problems occur when an application is in use, uninstall it to see if you fixed the issue.
    2.Make sure that the problem is not caused by incorrect operations such as mistakenly touch and press the Power Button. And your tablet’s buttons might get stuck by tablet case.
    3.Your tablet might restart or turn off by itself when being used in a very cold or hot environment.
    4.Plug in your tablet and let it charge for 30 minutes, then force restart your phone and see if you fixed the issue.
    5.Go to [Settings] > [Additional Settings] > [Automatic on/off] and check if your tablet is set up for automatic power off.
    6.Go to [Security Center] > [Virus scan],scan for viruses, malicious plug-ins or programs and uninstall unsafe or unstable third-party applications.
    7.Go to [Settings] > [System updates], detect and update your tablet to the latest version of ColorOS.
