    Good morning Krishna_11 !

    Starting from the basics ...
SataMode must be in RST with Optane (must boot the system in safe mode and enable secure startup before)
After installing, download the drivers for Optane from the Intel website

    Hello McClane...
Thank you for response and can you please give me proper steps to follow to make optane memory reflect as a NVMe disk in device manager under disk drive or install it successfully as first time.

Is your Optane standard or integrated with storage disk?

It is standard and in disk management shown as un allocated 13.5 GB. It doesn't link at all when I run driver Intel Optane Memory it shows error "No Compatible Disk Found for Intel optane memory". Even I tried clean installing the OS..
Please help me to deal with it and I am fed of looking for solutions in YouTube.
