    Good evening SpringWaterPaul !

Which EXACT model of your laptop?
Does this version of Windows have a valid key or does it use an activator?

You have to change your boot mode from UEFI to Legacy in order to install Windows 7. Are you sure there are Windows 7 drivers for your model? Many of the newer machines don't support the older OS.

I don't remember seeing legazy mode...
And I don't know about drivers. And I don't think I need any.
Because laptop will have one program and I won't never use internet on windows 7.
And my program support only windows 7 or xp

How I change to Legacy? UEFI is Grey

You might try to set and save a supervisor password. Then re-enter the BIOS menu with the password to see if UEFI can then be changed to Legacy mode. If not, you can then try to run your program under Win7 or WinXP compatibility mode. Jack E/NJ

So are you saying I can't install windows on that laptop?

Not quite. We must first know  your results of re-entering the BIOS with your supervisor password. Can you then change to Legacy BIOS from UEFI bootstrap? Jack E/NJ
