Hi!
I want to ask this even though I am well aware of how easy this seems to be, but unfortunately I was not able to find reliable answers. I reinstalled Windows 10 Home on Acer Nitro AN515-54 and when I finished there is only wired conection available, I know this must be hardware driver problem. I did not instal not even 1 driver yet. I downloaded drivers for my specific model from acer website and transfered them to the laptop with USP stick, but not sure how to install them correctly. I tried to install Intel Wlan Driver specified for this laptop but did not succeed. I would really use your help!

I solved problem by connecting to wired internet and windows ran some updates automaticly. looks like the reason that prevented me from installing acer-provided driver was that windows automaticly installed already updated version of it (intel wifi card). thanks for attention!

Hi, Either run install.cmd after unpacking the archive, or if it doesn`t install go to device manager find the wifi adapter and click on update driver and point the dir with the unpacked archve.

If not then open device manager press Fn+F3 then find new devices if no new devices repeat the same procedure again.

But you do have unknown devices right? Is you bluetooth working? Could you post a screenshot of the device manager?
