I just received my refurbished acer helios 300 ( model PH315-52-78VL )from the acer re-certified ebay account.(purchased march 6 2020)
It says i get 90 days of support but when i try to contact support it says my warranty is up so i can not contact them through live chats.
But my main issue is I would like to get the Hard drive mounting kit since my laptop didnt come with the bracket or hard drive cable.
I tried the link where you request it but that didn't work as well. ( this one https://csapps.acer.com/kit-request/#submit ) 
Any advice?

    The error I get is Part number NH.Q5MAA.001 is not valid for this form.

    Renimosity are you in the US/CA and also the laptop had to be bought in the US/CA to be valid in that form also a US/CA address is needed because your unit its refurbished i dont think you would be able to do it even if youre a US/CA resident as its not a brand new unit i assume that the refurbished units are taken of the warranty system and you have to purchase extended warranty if you wish to have it after the x days warranty period finishes you would have to contact acer support directly and ask them
