Due to malfunction, my laptop's motherboard got replaced but no Predator Sense was installed. I downloaded the latest version off the official site, but opening Setup.exe "this computer is not supported" message appears.

I have tried several versions of Predator Sense found on internet, different "hacks", regedits and what not mentioned on many forums but without success. There was only one version that actually got installed - a red themed one (the original on my laptop was blue) - but this red one seems to be for a different version of Acer laptops, consequently I was not able to change the keyboard RGB lighting and overcloak CPU (even the UI shows shows different picture of laptop then my Triton 700).

Another thing - when browsing the extracted Predator Sense install program's data I noticed folders for different types of CPUs but none had the one inside my laptop - the i7-7700HQ - maybe this is the reason it is not supported?
Does anyone, anywhere has the "blue version" for my type of laptop/CPU ? Is there anything else I can do, am I missing something? I did not get any software "carrier" like USB, DVD and such in the original box from which I could reinstall the Predator Sense. I contacted the people at the facility where my laptop has been serviced but, alas, no response yet, therefore I am reaching to the Acer community.

Thank you very much in advance for your time and answers, and kind regards. Please, let me know if you need any more information regarding my problem.

Specs: Intel i7-7700HQ @ 2,80 GHz, 16GB RAM, GeForce GTX 1080 Max-Q, 2x 240 GB SSD (RAID 0/1 - not sure)

ADR2081 check in your bios or care center if the correct model its in the bios if its not you have to send it back to reflash the correct bios with the correct model number in order to support PS you should have the following model number including the word Predator PT715-51

    see here

If your model number its correct in the bios (which seems to me its not as your hwinfo its showing the following model Acer NG PT715-51 should be Predator not NG i suggest you to contact acer support and send it back for them to change the name in the bios to the correct model or you will never be able to install PS no matter which version ) follow the steps on this thread

Thank you xapim for your answer and effort !

As you can see in the attached screen capture that is indeed the case, the names do not match - I hope fixing this will solve the problem. Will forward to the service team (still no word from them) and let you know of the outcome.

Actually I have read previously about this problem before on the forum and tried to "regedit-it" but it didn't work out (truth be told I am pretty sure I wasn't doing it correctly).

    Best regards.
