The laptop is only a few months old and the battery will not charge. I've tried:
* unplugging and holding the power button, then plugging back in
* running the power troubleshooter, it finds no problems.
* uninstalling all battery items from the device manager, then letting Win10 reinstall them
* physically removing the battery, holding the power button down, booting on AC power and confirming it's not in devices, then shutting down.
*** then restarting and the battery begins to charge. BUT a few seconds later it just stops. Says it's connected to AC, but won't charge.
Super frustrating that I can't unplug it at all to use it or move it.......it sort of defeats the purpose of a laptop..... ;-)
