My SF13-41-R1HQ have minor "problems"

I just bought my Acer Swift 3 SF13-41-R1HQ (Silver) with Ryzen 5 3500U and 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD.

I don't know if it was just me or there is really a very faint yellow tint on the right side of the screen panel top to bottom. 

I also noticed that the frame above the screen is loose and you can push it slightly. 

How can I fix my first problem and is my second problem not to be worried about and is just normal because it has narrow bezels?

And can you give me tips so that it will last long? This is my first laptop so I always feel anxious on small details. Thank you.

    Don't waste any time. Return it ASAP to the vendor/seller as defective for an exchange or refund before the vendor's RMA policy period expires. ACER warranty service would take longer. And you'd risk voiding the warranty by trying to make any physical adjustments. Jack E/NJ

    Thanks mate, I asked the seller about this concern and asked me for a video and said that they will send it to Acer so that they will have initial assessments. I just hope that my laptop will be replaced ASAP.

    A few days ago. It delivered to me on Saturday.

    NO!!!! If you just bought and received it a few days ago, DEMAND a replacement or refund from the vendor. Let the vendor deal with sending the defective machine back to ACER.  Jack E/NJ
