Hi, you can opt for All-in-one printers from Epson and Canon in my opinion. All-in-one printers are of the latest trend and they are here to stay since they are more useful to the users.

I strongly advise you to purchase a LaserJet airprint printer for your son and roommate. Reduce the number of issues that can cause you to miss a deadline by switching to monochrome printing. For the same reason, get a single-function printer. Students are prone to printing anything only minutes before it is due. When a problem arises, it quickly grows into a much larger issue than it should be, and it rarely occurs during the hours when retailers or the local print shop are open. Students don't require color; they require deliverables in order to meet deadlines. They don't need a scanner because they have cellphones with built-in cameras.
