Hi, sorry to hear about the issue. Try to do Hard Reset by following the below steps.

    Hard reset your Chromebook :
    1.    Press the power button to turn off your Chromebook until all the lights in the unit goes off and unplug all the cables if in case any cable is plugged in.
    2.    Press and hold the Refresh (the 4th key from the left in the first row of the keyboard) + Power key for 20 secs. then try to turn on the unit and check.
Try this and post your results.

I hope that this is helpful to you! If I have answered your question click YES alone please, thank you  :3

Hi, sounds good that the issue is fixed. Sorry to hear about your second issue. Try to do Power-Wash on the unit by following the below steps and check.
     Power-Wash :

    1. Restart the unit and get to the Log-in page where it asks for the Log-in Passsword to login in-to the unit.
     2. Press and hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift together and when you are holding down all the three keys together, tap the letter R key.
     3. Click the Restart button to restart your Chromebook.
     4. Click the Powerwash  button to continue.
     5. Click Continue and follow the onscreen instructions to reset your Chromebook.
It will load the default settings and you can set-up the unit like you did it on day one when you bought it.

I hope that this is helpful to you! If I have answered your question click YES alone please, thank you  :3
