Where can I get a driver for the mass storage controller on an Aspire 9300-3716

I get a message that ther is no driver installed for the mass storage controller.  Any help in finding it will be appreciated

    Windows logo key + x
    click on Device manager

    if Yellow exclamation mark is present
    double click on it
    choose "Details" tab
    from dropdown menu, select HardwareIDs
    click on the first value and copy/paste it here

    SM BUS controller driver

    Modem driver

    ted-acer---I suggest starting another thread for your particular case since you seem to have more driver issues than the OP and need to confirm the model number and Windows version that you have? Jack E/NJ

    @Sravani as Jack told Ted, you should start a new thread. Include that device ID number, but also your computer model number and which OS is on it. We can look into it then.
