Having trouble with Acer Cloud on my Aspire 7560

Every time I try to view or manage my music/documents in Acer Cloud, a black screen comes up and it won't respond.  Or, the window will appear, but it looks distorted with another window that says,"clear-fi preference page is not responding."  I have uninstalled and installed Acer Cloud three times and no change.  Does anyone know what this means and what I should do?

    The problem seems very serious, I didn't met such problem, and I strongly suggest you use <Feedback> to state your trouble to AcerCloud customer service. They may be able to help you.
