The warranty sticker is preventing me from opening the cover.

If you have a warranty sticker covering a screw, removing it to install RAM will void your Warranty. In this case you must take it to an approved Acer service center

there is no screw under the void warranty sticker. This happened to me. I managed to peel off the sticker nicely without damaging it and found out there was no screw in it. So i personally upgraded it to 32GB RAM yahoo

@donkuok Whether there is a screw underneath the sticker is irrelevant, the sticker clearly states "Void if Removed" and that refers to the back cover not the screw. @Jaymargo once again I advise that if you have the sticker take it to an authorised Acer repair center

If you have any doubts, check the link below and contact the Acer support in your location.

         https://www.acer.com/ac/en/PH/content/service-contact

Also check the link below and check and for the RAM and SSD/HDD upgrades for your unit. They are Crucial and they guarantee compatibility with your exact model. Write down the part number for your reference and then order it from Amazon, it's cheaper and also has fast delivery. It is the most tested to be working.
