Dropped my laptop and wifi doesn't work now

I have an Acer Spin 5 lap.. It's new and I recently bought it.. I just dropped it off the bed and the right side hit the floor first..
It's still working but I can't connect to wifi or Bluetooth.. Please tell me what to do..

    Try to reinstall the drivers. https://www.intowindows.com/how-to-reinstall-the-wireless-wi-fi-driver-in-windows-10/

    If you still have the issue. then try the below steps. 
    1. Open a command prompt.
    2. Type ping 127.0.0.1 and press Enter.
    3. Observe the results. You should see replies indicating success.

    It is also possible the WLAN card has jostled loose, though that will mean opening it up to fix.

    As billsey is saying, your WiFi card or black/white antenna wires could have dislodged (see caption below, the WiFi card is at the top right corner with the black/white wires connected) undo the back cover and see if the card hasn't dislodged itself from the socket and also make sure that the black/white antenna wires are pugged in correctly into their plugs also, WiFi cards don't stop working very often, they either dislodge (after dropping a laptop) or the drivers need reinstalling.
