I checked power settings and troubleshooter on power. Nothing's wrong. My laptop still shuts down during sleep mode. Why?

Then check the Advanced Power options.
go to Settings/System/Power and Sleep/Additional power settings/Change Plan Settings/Change Advanced power Settings then Expand "Sleep", expand each item and turn everything to OFF or NEVER

Is this sleep mode on battery or AC Power?

Tested both. First time, it shuts down on AC. Second time, it shuts down the same thing. Third time, it still shuts down on battery.

Have you checked your Power Plan settings go to Settings/System/Power and Sleep

Yup. To elaborate more, it successfully went into sleep mode all times whether the lid is closed or not but it eventually shuts down during sleep modes. I don't know when it shuts down but it eventually did.

I confused Hibernate with Shut down. It's the reason why I couldn't wake it unless I press Power Button. So stupid. LOL.

But still... I'm having another strange problem. When I press power button to turn it on, it says I'm on critical low battery. I think it was from BIOS saying that or something. It said that I am on critical low battery before it loads into windows/desktop. I couldn't turn it on until I put on AC. 15 seconds later, when it boots to windows, I see battery being 80%. What's going on?

You need to change your Critical low Battery setting to 10%. Go to Settings/System/Battery and change the Critical setting to 10%

Done. Wait a minute, I thought you mean Battery saver. It's already set to 20% before I edit it to 10%. I don't see any Critical Low Battery setting.

    One more last question.

My laptop doesn't have recovery so I can't reset my laptop. I tried doing it again by BIOS, there's no option "Reset this PC."
