I have a Acer Aspire E5-432G-P33Q. It is Stuck at 0 percent battery and would not charge.

So My Acer Aspire E5-432G-P33Q is not charging even though i have changed its battery. It is saying 2 minutes to full charge. It only works when it "charging".Anyone Please Help. I have spent quite a bit of money on this already

Go back to the shop and get them to plug in one of their chargers, if it charges then you have a bad charger

So Well This is my other account I couldn't sign in to the other one. My laptop wouldn't open for so long already.It just opened up and it worked but well yea it took a long time.
