USB ports stop working sometimes

Well, sometimes I connect a gamepad, cellphone or other USB and it's recognizes well, but a lot of times when I try to connect it's simply ignored, like the notebook just don't do nothing, there's no error code or nothing, the cellphones battery charges, but its not recognized, doesn't appear on my computer page neither does the gamepad on joy.cpl, I searched the whole net but everyone says to look at errors on device manager BUT THERE'S NO YELLOW WARNING... I don't know what to do anymore

    Well, I forgot to say, all drivers are up to date and everything that I knew is ok

    Well and I have new data to inform here
    I bought a new gamepad 
    And it worked for a month and now stoped recognizing the note again
    I'm trying but it just don't work just as the other 
    It doesn't even recognize neither do an action 
    (Like it doesn't give any error) 
    And the gamepad works perfectly in other machines

    Well I turned it off and then on WITH the gamepad plugged and it worked THI TIME
