I tried to connect two vga monitors to My AXC-703G-UW52. Both screens are showing the same thing. When I try to change the display settings the detect monitor option does not work.

I'm going to assume you are running Windows 10, if not please let me know and I'll change the instructions.
From your normal desktop, with both monitors connected press the Windows-P key combination. That should open a Project menu on the right side of your screens. In that menu select the Extend option. That should extend your desktop to both monitors instead of mirroring them to both show the same thing. Next try moving your mouse from one monitor to another. If everything looks good you are done. If the mouse doesn't move off the right side of the left monitor right click on the desktop and choose Display Setting from the menu. You should have both monitors shown, grab one and move it to the other side. Now the mouse should work right. Let me know if it doesn't work and we will dig in deeper.
