Low clock speed while gaming.

Hi, I usually don't post anything as I normally find the help I need on the other posts.
I couldn't this time, so here I am.

I have a VX5-591G with 16GB RAM, a i5 7300hq and a GFX 1050 4G VRAM.

As of 2 days ago, I noticed a gradually poor performance while gaming.
To illustrate the situation here are some screenshots taken from the Task Manager Performance tab:

Below is the situation as soon as the games starts

Here is the speed after a few minutes with my laptop plugged in:

If I unplug the notebook and play using only the battery it improves the clock speed:

And when I quit the games the clock speed returns to normal:

The temperature while gaming reaches 90 - 94 C.
I tried a lot of thing like resetting the battery via the pinhole, searching the BIOS for some battery settings.
My power management settings in in HIGH PERFORMANCE plan.

I didn't test a different power cable or plugging it in a different wall outlet.

I hope I made myself clear and I'd appreciate if someone could help me.

Excellent detail in your post, I wish everybody did the same :)
High Performance is correct for gaming and make sure your battery is charged to 100% BEFORE gaming and KEEP plugged in while gaming
Definitely Thermal Throttling so you need to undervolt, those temps over 90 are to high, fortunately one of our dedicated gaming members has designed some custom Throttlestop profiles, they are very easy to use, well tested and safe, click on the link below

The fact that it has started happening gradually points to paste deterioration so I would also repaste with Grizzly Kryonaut, paste deteriorates over time and Acer don’t use the best

    Hi.
    Your help was incredible!
I did the undervolt and it already increased cpu clock to up to 3Ghz in some moments.
The temperature is still going up to 91C.
I'll repaste the CPU later It will get even better I believe.

One question still: do I need to keep Throttlestop running to maintain the voltage I changed?

Yes you do need to keep it running and he explains how in the link I gave you. You definitely have paste issues so get that done asap, there are plenty of how to repasting videos on you tube. Use Grizzly Kryonaut
