Hello @Edoardo_97, what model computer do you have? Do you have the volume set high enough? Is there a chance you have the internal speakers muted?

Hello, the model is Swift 3, no I can't select the speakers from the control panel because it only indicates the ones I can connect from the outside. and the internal speakers don't indicate them. What can I do?

Firstly, go to Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > and uninstall completely the 'High Detention Audio Device' (or similar e.g. Realtek etc) then reboot you computer, as this will reinstall OEM audio drivers for windows and see if the speaker icon is in the bottom right corner of the taskbar and if your speakers work? If not, reinstall the appropriate driver for your particular audio device and see if that works?.

If all that does not fix your problem then you could have disturbed the speaker connections pug to the motherboard (see bottom left corners of the laptop, those are the 2 speakers, see caption below) they are the square oval things in each corner lol (to explain it simply) if the connection is ok then your speakers are on their way out or damaged but, it would be strange as at least one should work? This happened to me as these speakers are not really of top quality and are very tiny, due to the varied abuse and temperatures e.g. heating up and cooling down, bumps knocks their voice coils get damaged and fail or as in my case the coil was completely damaged in one speaker but to listen to the other speaker I had to have the volume level at 100%.
