Habandajop did this issue started lately or was like this since you got it ?? if this started lately i would point probably to a latest windows update but if it was the same from the beginning you could check your bios and swap the touchpad settings between advanced/basic and vice versa assuming youre talking about your touchpad if its an external mouse try to connect it to a usb 2.0 port instead of 3.0 (some external mouses do not work properly via usb 3.0) if nothing works last resort backup whatever you need and perform a stock recovery clean install choose delete everything option to completely rule out any software issues because after this would most probably be hardware you would have to contact acer support and send it back

Habandajop i wouldnt recommend you to update it because most times windows updates will break everything i would disable drivers/bios from update (or even disable updates permanently) and only update manually if you need or have any issues in the end its up to you to decide whats best to do

    <<<<this happen two week ago,>>>

Check which updates installed 2 weeks ago and see if any was mouse/usb related and roll back thats prob the best advice i have worst case as i said stock recovery clean install everything will go back to the exact day as you booted it for the first time out of the box :)
